I’ve been going to Primary EyeCare ever since I moved to the area and I’ve always received the best care. The entire staff is friendly and a joy to interact with. My questions are answered in detail, my eyes have improved since working with them, and the wait is reasonable. They also have a nice selection of frames!

I was looking for a new eye doctor, and am very pleased with the services provided by Dr. Hall and her staff. Dr. Hall is super friendly and thorough. She takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions. Staff is amazing and knowledgeable.

I especially want to recognize Michael for his friendly demeanor and outstanding guidance in helping me choose my glasses. Primary Eye Care does Thorough examinations With state of the art equipment. The doctor and staff are professionals yet friendly and welcoming. They are a little out of the way for me, but I like this office so well I continue to go.

Dr. Jessica Hines-Beard took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything in a way I could easily understand, and never made me feel rushed. Their attention to detail and genuine care for my 5yo sons vision made me feel confident he was in the best hands. The exam was thorough, and I truly appreciated the time spent making sure his prescription was just right. I left feeling informed, reassured, and grateful for such excellent care. Great Place! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I am 65 and have been wearing glasses over 50 years and these are the best glasses I’ve ever had! I can read and not have to pull them off (even though I have bifocals) which is a game changer for me! Thank you soooo much! Return customer here. ❤️

Great service, good, competitve pricing. Michael really does take good xare of you. The last time I got glasses there was a issue with a lens chipping and he got them replaced immediately.

Dr Hines-Beard, She always takes the time to explain everything which is important to me with Ocular hypertension, I really like the extra step she takes, when she says can I answer any questions you have, my experience in the past is that was never said to me before, Thank you Dr Hines-Beard for all you do for me - Jeff Perry

I had my first visit today and I left very satisfied with the service! Maddie was very sweet and explained everything very well. The Dr was friendly and informative. I loved working with Kelley. She is just precious and helped me pick out the perfect frames! 10 out of 10 !!

Such an amazing group of caregivers! You are treated like family here! Everything from the beautiful smiles that greet you, to the amazing doctor, she is so compassionate and goes over everything to were you understand what is going on. Ms Jessica is such a doll! Lets not forget the awesome techs that get you fitted in the correct pair of glasses! Micheal took his time and made sure that my glasses fit perfectly, he is such a very caring young man, I LOVE MY new glasses! They fit perfect, getting used to them which doesn't seem to be to hard just. You will leave knowing that they are there for you if you need them, and that is a very comforting feeling to have.

Have never had an experience like this. Jessica was fabulous. I have very poor eyesight and always feel like I'm failing a test when getting an eye exam. She made it fun. I thank yall so much for such a great experience!!!!
